Keeping You & Our Community Safe From COVID-19

At Bedford, we have taken significant steps to ensure that our community remains a place of safety and comfort for you, our team and the surrounding community as we work to address concerns around COVID-19 together.
Based on the recommendations from local and state government agencies, our community has moved quickly to enact the following preventative measures while promoting the most personalized and safe home shopping experience possible:
1. The on-site Welcome Center office will be closed effective March 17th. We are unclear at what time we will reopen the facilities and will monitor the situation until we have more information. Please note that the restrooms, facility rooms, and pools will be locked down and closed to community access. We have increased the cleaning frequency of high traffic areas around the restrooms, office and clubhouse. We have also requested additional cleaning of items such as doors, door handles and other frequently touched items.
2. Both virtual and private, onsite opportunities MAY be available to allow your homebuying journey to continue uninterrupted while prioritizing your safety. Please reach out to the sales team at your neighborhood of choice to learn more about personalized appointment opportunities.
3. Bedford is committed to taking care of our community team. We have provided enhanced education to support our onsite teams with information on safety measures regarding their own personal health to ensure that all interaction with visitors is done with a healthy team member.
4. Bedford has postponed all of its previously scheduled large-scale community events and Grand Openings taking place for the immediate future.
